Kesar D’ Villa Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policy

  • Our all rooms are accessible by a lift – please advise us prior to your arrival of any walking difficulties or special requirements.
  • We accept most of major credit/debit cards except American Express and Diners. We regret that we cannot accept cheques as payment for final account or advance deposit.
  • We use secure payments on all payment card transactions via HDFC net banking.
  • We have a non – smoking policy within Kesar D’Villa Residence property.
  • In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Whilst we will endeavour to re-let your accommodation, should this not be possible two thirds of the cost of the accommodation will be charged. In the event that you decide, whilst staying with us, to leave before your confirmed date of departure there can be no refund for days or meals not taken.
  • In the event of cancellation for self-catering accommodation, deposits are non-refundable. Whilst we will endeavour to re-let your accommodation, should this not be possible, full payment will be retained. In the event that you decide, whilst staying with us, to leave before your confirmed date of departure there can be no refund for days not taken.
  • A nonrefundable deposit of 50% becomes payable at time of reservation for the full period booked, with full payment due one month before date of arrival. In the event of a cancellation within one month of arrival, all monies will be forfeited unless, some other guest books the room / apartment; in this case an admin fee of INR 1000.00 or 25%, whichever is greater, is kept.
  • Reservations will commence from 12.30PM (Noon) on the day of arrival, terminating 10.30AM (Morning) on the final day. If you will have early check-in, it will be charged extra but with prior arrangement only.
  • No person in excess of the number agreed at the time of reservation may occupy the property. Breach of this rule will terminate the contract without any re-compensation to the client.
